When addressing the participants, Serzh Sargsyan said, "I am very glad that our country hosts the 14th world tournament. There are a lot of familiar faces in this hall". The President said that he has been a fan of the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" for a long time. "In my minor Motherland - Karabakh, as well as in many other regions of the then united Soviet Union we attentively followed that amazing game," he said, stressing that today the game enjoys the same popularity in Armenia. "I thank you for the fact that due to your game and example, you are spreading knowledge and spark interest in the mankind's achievements. I am convinced that the biggest and the most important resource of any country is the human being, who studies, creates, fights and makes the world a better place. We want the Armenian youth to be sure that all problems are feasible. One should only set oneself up for consistent, collective, tense and rational work", he stressed.
