Armenian Defense Ministry refutes Azerbaijan`s information that Armenian troops shelled Azeri settlements

ArmInfo. The Armenian  Defense Ministry has refuted Azerbaijan's information that the  Armenian troops have shelled Azeri settlements.  

"The Defense Ministry states that the November 3 reports disseminated  by some Azeri media outlets, which say that the Armenian Armed Forces  violated the ceasefire in the northern section of the Armenian- Azeri  state border and targeted Azeri positions located in the near-border  settlements, have nothing to do with the reality. This is obvious  misinformation. Targeting settlements is ruled out," the Armenian  Defense Ministry says in a statement sent to ArmInfo.    

The source stresses that the Armenian Armed Forces retaliate only in  case the adversary initiates ceasefire violations and shelling.
