Prime Minister of Armenia: Someone should bear responsibility for wrong decisions, after all

ArmInfo. Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan has charged the Ministry of Finance and the Government Staff to find out how much Armenia paid under the rulings of the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) within 2014, 2015 and 7 months of 2016. 

The prime minister made such charges after the Cabinet approved the enactment to transfer 18,255EUR (equivalent in the national drams) to the Justice Ministry as compensation in conformity with ECHR's ruling on the case "Simonyan vs Armenia." "The deadline for the payment is October 7 2016," Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan said.    

"Someone should bear responsibility for wrong decisions, after all. It is necessary to organize an inventory, look into the matter, to understand it," the prime minister said.
