Areximbank-Gazprombank Group offers 50% discount for renting safe deposits boxes during summer holidays

 Areximbank-Gazprombank Group has announced a campaign "Summer Likes Vacation" for June 27 - September 30. For the given period, the Bank will be offering individual bank deposit safe boxes on preferential terms.

The Bank's press-office told ArmInfo, the Bank offers a 50% discount for renting a safe box for at least 6 months. The discount is available for the following sizes of safe deposit box:  75•310•435 at the Head Office and 175•310•435 at the Nalbandian Branch.

The bank offers safe deposit boxes for a period of 1-365 days. Safe deposit boxes are equipped with necessary security tools. The Bank is responsible for safe and secure operation of bank deposit boxes.  The safe deposit boxes are provided at the Head office (Northern Avenue, 6-10) or "Nalbandyan" branch (51-41 Nalbandyan Street). For signing of a lease agreement you must present to the Bank your passport and social card. Upon payment of the fee the Bank's employee provides the renter with the assigned key.   A renter may delegate his responsibilities to a third person by a power-of-attorney. A physical person renter may delegate authorities to his representative by a power-of- attorney, notarized or in the Bank's form. A legal person renter may delegate authorities to his representative by a power-of-attorney both notarized or in the form set by his director (executive body).   "Two key principle" (client and bank keys) provides for the highest security of a safe deposit box. Only the client or his authorized person may use the safe deposit box or open it. Placement or removing things in/out of the safe deposit box is possible only by the renter without the control of the bank.

"Areximbank - Gazprombank Group" CJSC has been established in 1998 to support the business and manage financial flows between Russia and Armenia. Since 2007 the shareholder of the Bank is one of the largest Russian banks - "Gazprombank" (Joint - stock Company), whose penetration into the Armenian financial market is conditioned by the increase of investments of Russian companies into the Armenian economy, the needs of large corporate clients in complex banking services, as well as the necessity in funding "Gazprom" projects in the country's territory.  To note, in November 2007 Gazprombank OJSC acquired 80% of Areximbank's shares (the latter was founded in 1998). In July 2008, Gazprombank's stake grew to 94.15%, and in September 2008 the Bank bought the remaining 5.85% stake from Raiffeisen Bank and became the sole owner of Areximbank- GPB Group.
