Man who threw training grenade towards house of second president of Armenia suffers from schizophrenia

Hovhanness Muradyan, the man who threw a training grenade towards the house of second president of Armenia suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and could not realize the consequences of his actions. 

he Investigative Committee of Armenia told ArmInfo, on May 13 the Court recognized Muradyan mentally ill and placed at the psychiatric hospital at Nubarashen penitentiary.  The preliminary investigation has found sufficient proofs that the given crime was committed by Muradyan. Tetrahydrocannabinol was found during the search of his flat. According to Mass Media, H. Muradyan was a taxi driver before the incident.   

On April 15, around 6:25 pm, a grenade was thrown at the territory of Robert Kocharyan's house from a car. The alarm response group of the Armenian Police found out that it was a training grenade and it was thrown towards the main entrance. The criminal threw the grenade from a car.  Robert Kocharyan was not in the country when the incident happened.
