Armenia's stand on the sale of Russian military hardware to Azerbaijan has undergone no changes, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan told reporters in Yerevan.
"Our goal and our wishes as a strategic partner have not changed. We have voiced our stand on several platforms and it has undergone no changes. However, today we tackle another important issue - development of our economy, which will determine our further success and achievements. And we are exerting all efforts to achieve that goal," he said.
To recall, on May 9, in response to the remarks that Russia continues selling weapons to Azerbaijan and those weapons are used to kill Armenian soldiers, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin said, "Show me any document saying that Russia continues selling weapons to Azerbaijan." He recalled that Russia sells weapons to Armenia, too.
