Police officers by using force have detained the activists of "We are the owners of our country!" initiative, who were marching towards the president's residence. According to the participants of the protest, more than 20 people have been detained, no official data has been given on this issue yet. The police officers have blocked both sides of the sidewalk and are not allowing the citizens to walk by Baghramyan Avenue towards the residence. To note, the participants of the protest intend to deliver a letter to the president with their demands. They particularly demand immediate dismissal of Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff Yuri Khachaturov and his Deputy Haykaz Bagharmyan, "criminal inaction of whom" according to them lead to death of Armenian soldiers during four-day war. Besides, the protesters demand from the president to refrain from signing documents, which threaten territories around Artsakh and the status quo. "We also demand from the authorities of Armenia and Artsakh to state about inadmissibility of deploying peacekeepers and territorial concessions in Karabakh settlement", the members of the initiative stated.
