Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry held a phone call on April 10, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry press-office.
"The heads of the foreign policy departments welcomed the arrangements to cease fire in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and agreed to help normalizing the situation in the region," the source reports.
The U.S. Secretary of State initiated the phone call.
