James Warlick: OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs plan "to hear first-hand about violence" in conflict zone

OSCE Minsk Group co-chair of the United States James Warlick left a tweet saying: "Traveling with OSCE co-chairs today to Nagorno- Karabakh to meet with de facto authorities and hear first hand about the violence." 

The Minsk Group co-chairs are already in Nagorno-Karabakh.
