David Tonoyan tells EU Ambassadors to Armenia about Azerbaijan's aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh

Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan met today with the EU countries' ambassadors accredited to Armenia. 

During the meeting Tonoyan presented the situation on the line of contact of Karabakh- Azerbaijani troops caused by Azerbaijan's aggressive actions, the press-service of Armenia's Defense Ministry reports. 

Tonoyan noted that a lot of bodies of Azerbaijani servicemen and their destroyed military equipment on the Armenian side testify to Baku's aggression. 

The diplomats expressed serious concerns over sharp escalation of the situation on Karabkh- Azerbaijani line of contact during the recent 24 hours. The sides also discussed possible reasons of Azerbaijan's aggression. Tonoyan also drew the Ambassadors' attention to the high level of Armenian servicemen's combat readiness as well as the Armenian side's balanced and restrained actions.
