Stepanakert hopes for OSCE countries' adequate response

 In the current situation we think that the countries of OSCE should take corresponding measures, the Spokesman of Nagorno-Karabakh's President David Babayan stated. 
'

"We are able to settle this issue with Azerbaijan by ourselves like we did in 1990ies but we think that OSCE countries should take corresponding measures in such situation", the Spokesman stated.  

According to him the Russian side is in no way interested in escalation of Karabakh-Azerbaijani conflict as if the conflict leads to a wide scale military actions, Russia will have to become the participant of the conflict. "At the same time obviously Azerbaijan couldn't make such decision alone, Turkey in someway provoked Baku to launch military actions", Babayan noted.
