

Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan presented to the Head of Delegation of the International Committee of Red Cross in Armenia Caroline Douilliez the situation related to the wide scale aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh initiated by Azerbaijan.
During the meeting Tonoyan also noted that the Armenian side has facts of actions conducted by the Azerbaijani servicemen, which may be qualified as crime according to the principles of the international humanitarian law.
Caroline Douilliez in her turn stated that the delegation is ready to assist the population as well as within its authorities to find out information about those gone missing and to transfer bodies of victims.
To note, according to the official data of the Nagorno-Karabakh's Defense Army during the military actions on the line of contact the Armenian side has suffered 20 human losses, 72 people are injured and 26 are gone missing.
