Hetq.am, a website of investigative journalists, has published a photo ((http://hetq.am/rus/news/66976/zverstva-v-talishe-preduprezhdaem-opublikovan-snimok-rasstrelyanniykh-lic.html) demonstrating the Azerbaijani servicemen's atrocities in Talish village (northeastern Martakert District of Artsakh).
"Today, Hetq photographer Hakob Poghosyan was in Talish that was temporarily overrun by Azerbaijani military units. The village is a few kilometers inside the Artsakh border with Azerbaijan. Only a few residents were in Talish when Azerbaijani soldiers entered.
They shot Valera Khalapyan and his wife Razmela to death in their home and then cut off their ears. Azerbaijani soldiers also executed Marousya Khalapyan, born 1924.
For the past two days, Azerbaijan has launched a major military offensive up and down the Line of Contact," the source says.
To recall, earlier the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan reported that 2 civilians were allegedly killed and 10 more were wounded as the Armenian armed forces "fired at the populated areas". However, nothing proves that information. Meanwhile, the abovementioned photo, as well as the shelling of the Armenian school, injury and death of Armenian schoolchildren demonstrate how the Azerbaijani troops "observe" the standards of the international humanitarian law.
