Azerbaijan Has Not Yet Decided on Participation in Islamic Coalition

 The question of the accession of Azerbaijan to the Islamic anti- terrorist coalition is under consideration. This was stated by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov at a joint press conference with the Turkish FM Mevlut Cavusoglu in Baku.  "The fight against terrorism is a widespread issue. Azerbaijan has received an invitation to participate in the Islamic anti-terrorist coalition, but so far there is no decision," he said.  Recall that the coalition initiated by Saudi Arabia has more than 35 countries. This coalition is a counterbalance to the coalition of Russia, Iran and the Assad regime.
