


Armenian-Russian bilateral consultations around a broad spectrum of security issues were held at the Russian Foreign Ministry on December 21. According to the Armenian Foreign Ministry press-office, Mikhail Ulyanov, Director of the Foreign Ministry Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control, and his deputy Vladimir Yermakov co-chaired over the meeting with Samvel Mktrchyan, the Head of the Department for Arms Control and International Security of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The sides discussed issues related to nuclear-weapon free zones, the conference to revise the Agreement on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, control over conventional forces in Europe as well as exports control. The sides hailed the efficient cooperation at international structures and bilateral consultations.
