NKR Defense Ministry: The entire responsibility for escalation on contact line will fall on Azerbaijan

Remaining committed to its destructive stand and keeping violating the ceasefire along the Line of Contact of the Azerbaijani and Nagorno-Karabakh troops, Azerbaijan has disseminated misinformation again, the NKR Defense Ministry says in a statement.      
The defense minister of Azerbaijan blamed the Armenian side for shooting at the peaceful villages and said that the territories beyond the reach of small weapons will be shelled with large-caliber weapons. The NKR Defense Ministry reports that the Armenian side never advocates ceasefire breach. Moreover, Karabakh is ready to conduct a monitoring involving international observers in order to find out the reality. As regards the statement of the Azerbaijani defense minister, who has said that the Armenian settlements and military facilities will be shelled with large-caliber weapons, the command of the Artsakh armed forces states that the response to such cases will be even asymmetrical and fraught with irretrievable losses. The entire responsibility for the escalation on the contact line will fall on Azerbaijan, the statement says.  
To recall, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov has recently said that in case the Armenian troops fire at the Azeri settlements, the Azerbaijani army will immediately open fire on the Armenian positions, military facilities and settlements with large-caliber weapons.
