Baku: EU to Show Clear Stand on Karabakh Conflict

During the April 8 meeting with EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that the EU should show a clear stand on Karabakh conflict, as did other international institutions. 

 

Referring to the Azerbaijani MFA press-office, TREND.AZ reports that Mammadyarov briefed Hahn on the current situation of the NKR conflict settlement negotiations. He He said that maintaining the status quo in the conflict is inadmissible and added that "the withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from Azerbaijan's occupied territories is important".
