During a meeting with Ambassador of France to Armenia Jean-Francois Charpentier on Friday, Armenia's Justice Minister Hovhannes Manukyan expressed his deep condolences for the death of 12 people as a result of a terrorist act in France.
According to the press service of Armenia's Justice Ministry, Manukyan appreciated the Frenchmen's adherence to the freedom of speech and democratic values.
In his turn, Charpentier expressed his condolences for the death of a whole family in Gyumri. He is shocked with the crime and hopes that those guilty will be punished.
The sides discussed Armenian-French relations in the judiciary. Manukyan said that France is one of the key allies of Armenia and thanked the country for its position on the Armenian Genocide.
