"Today, Europe stubbornly continues to dream of expansion, intends to exploit Ukraine and Moldova to the end, drawing Armenia into its orbit, and is taking unfriendly steps towards a number of other states. NATO has absorbed Finland and Sweden, once again expanding eastward despite promises not to do so. Brussels views the remnants of Ukraine's combat-ready population as a 'penal battalion' for future European armed forces," he said during the thematic section "Concepts and Doctrines of National Security in Greater Eurasia: Specifics and Prospects," TASS reports.
