Lilit Stepanyan has become the governor of Armenia`s Kotayk region.

ArmInfo. Lilit Stepanyan has become the governor of Armenia's Kotayk province. The RA government approved her candidacy at its October 29 meeting.

Lilit Stepanyan previously resigned from her seat in the National Assembly of Armenia as a member of the ruling Civil Contract party faction.

Prior to her election as a member of parliament, Stepanyan served as acting mayor of Hrazdan.
