ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that he has no information about the Azerbaijani shepherd crossing into Armenia. He stated this on October 21 in a conversation with journalists in the country's parliament.

Earlier, Armenian media reported that the Azerbaijani shepherd crossed into Armenia with a white flag. It was noted that he was experiencing psychological problems. The Armenian side has not officially confirmed the Azerbaijani's crossing into the country's Tavush region.
