The Secretary General of the Armenian Ministry of Defense discussed strengthening integrity in the defense sector with a NATO representative

ArmInfo. Hamlet Batikyan, Secretary General of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, and Piers Cazalet, Director of NATO's Directorate for Defense and Security Cooperation, discussed cooperation aimed at strengthening integrity in the defense sector at a meeting at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

According to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Cazalet confirmed the NATO Integrity Team's readiness to continue collaborating with the Armenian Ministry of Defense in developing and implementing an integrity action plan.

Following the meeting, working discussions were held with NATO expert groups on the "Defense Integrity Self-Assessment," approved in 2026.
