"I, Gevorg Parsyan, have decided to participate in the Kapan Council of Elders elections, which will take place on November 29. Remaining true to our principles and values, I will head the Shant Bloc nationalist party's list in the local government elections, which will be held under the proportional electoral system. This nomination is not an end in itself, but a decision dictated by the need to ensure the continuity of already implemented programs, to complete what has been started, and not to interrupt the ongoing development process," he noted.
He says that thanks to these difficult, yet productive years of experience and knowledge, he clearly sees solutions to the Kapan community's priority problems, opportunities, and development prospects. Parsyan added that he has a realistic vision of the future and knows the direction and steps they need to take to move forward.
"We have the will, sufficient strength, and a great desire to do even more for our residents and the Kapan community," he concluded.
