Armenia and Iran have coordinated their cooperation plans in the field of transportation

ArmInfo. At a meeting with a delegation led by Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Khalil Shirgolami, Armenian Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Ivanyan highlighted the close partnership that has developed between the two countries.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration, bilateral passenger and cargo transportation, air service, and other industry-related issues were discussed during the meeting.

 

The Iranian Ambassador, in turn, praised the Armenian side's efforts to simplify the process of obtaining cargo transportation permits and reduce their validity periods.

During the discussion, the parties also touched upon other issues of mutual interest.
