


ArmInfo. In Tehran, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan was received by President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian.
According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, following the meeting of the two leaders in New York, the interlocutors noted with satisfaction the active agenda of Armenian-Iranian political contacts.
Particular attention was paid to the development of blockade-relieving infrastructure and mutually beneficial cooperation programs in the energy sector. Mirzoyan presented the progress of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project.
An exchange of views took place on issues of regional stability and security.
The high-level participation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the COP17 conference, which will be held in Yerevan, was discussed.
