ArmInfo. On October 1, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Asif Mahmood, Chairman of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom.

According to the RA Government Press Service, the Prime Minister welcomed Mr. Mahmood's visit to Armenia and congratulated him on his election as Chairman of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (CIRF). Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of Asif Mahmood's participation in the "Armenian Prayer Breakfast" event and noted that it provides an opportunity to unite representatives of different countries and religious communities around the ideas of peace, human dignity, and service to society. The President expressed hope that the connections established during the event will lead to sustainable dialogue and practical cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the "Armenian Prayer Breakfast" event and its goals.
