ArmInfo. Armenia is studying the new US sanctions package against Iran. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters during a briefing, answering a question about whether Iranian air carriers would have problems operating flights to Armenia, given US sanctions, including those affecting aviation.
He emphasized that Armenia is very transparent with its partners and will do everything possible to maintain friendly relations.
"But there is a line we cannot cross: Armenia itself must not be subject to sanctions. Until this risk arises, we will maintain friendly relations. But if we see ourselves subject to sanctions, what can we do? We must make a decision," the Prime Minister noted.
