ArmInfo. The ReA Festival animation film festival is now recruiting specialists to study at the ReA Academy Lab, created by the festival. The Festival's press service told ArmInfo this.
According to the source, producers, screenwriters, and visual artists are invited to participate. The hybrid professional lab will last four weeks: three weeks online and one week in Yerevan. The program is designed for mid-level professionals who want to develop their skills and reach a higher international level. The goal of the lab is to deepen the participants' professional competencies, introduce them to international production and co-production practices, and establish connections between the Armenian professional community and the international animation industry.
The program offers training in six professional areas: Animation Production and Producing - Henri Magalon (France); Scriptwriting and Story Development for Animation - Stéphane Kazandjian (France); Concept Art - Armin Taghdisirad (Italy); Character Design - Zaven Najjar (France); Technical Literacy in Visual Arts - José Luis Farias Gomez; Composer, Music Producer, Sound Engineer, and Curator of Educational Programs - Andries Gandrabur.
If participation is confirmed, a deposit of 30,000 drams is required, which will be fully refunded upon completion of the program. The fee guarantees participation, given the strictly limited number of places.
