A new development strategy is being prepared for the French University of Armenia

ArmInfo. A new development strategy is being prepared for the French University of Armenia. This was announced by the President of the University of Lyon III named after. Gilles Bonnet, Director of the Jean Moulin University of Armenia, met with Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia.

According to him, the French side attaches great importance to activities consistent with the development strategy of the Armenian education system.

The parties discussed the internationalization of the French University in Armenia, its participation in the ranking system, the development of new higher education programs, and strengthening its role within the framework of the "Academic City" strategic initiative.

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport, emphasizing the university's important role in Armenia's educational system, noted that the government is making efforts to develop the higher education system.

Zhanna Andreasyan also touched on the hosting of the 10th Francophone Sports and Cultural Games in Armenia in 2027, emphasizing the role of the French University in providing French-speaking volunteers and organizing French language training for other volunteers.
