ArmInfo. The Prosecutor's Office is demanding the confiscation of the property of former head of the Special Investigative Service, Alik Gevorgyan, in favor of the state.

According to the press service of the supervisory body, the matter concerns, in particular, the confiscation of 12 real estate properties worth approximately 66 million drams. The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted another claim from the Prosecutor General's Office.

The Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Produced Property of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a petition with the court to confiscate 12 real estate properties from Alik Gevorgyan, 5 of which are located in Yerevan, 7 in the Armavir region, 2 vehicles, and 1 share in a legal entity, in favor of the Republic of Armenia. The remaining illegal assets amount to 65 million 896 thousand drams.
