Three plots of land with a total area of 5.9 hectares have been returned to the Berd community of the Tavush region - Prosecutor General`s Office

On December 27, 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against an LLC and a CJSC, demanding the forced termination of the property rights registration completed in 2025 for three land plots with a total area of 5.9 hectares. This was stated in a statement by the RA Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the source, by its decision dated July 31, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court approved the settlement agreement signed between the Prosecutor General's Office, the LLC, and the CJSC. Based on the decree of September 25, 2026, which came into force, the property rights of the Berd community of the Tavush region to the above-mentioned 3 land plots located in the village of Navur, the total cadastral value of which is 1 million 580 thousand drams, were registered with the Cadastre Committee.
