ArmInfo. The Dalma Garden Mall shopping center will be closed on September 28, according to a company statement.

According to a source, the shopping center's closure is due to a fire at an electrical substation. "Due to a power outage in the specified area, the Dalma Garden Mall shopping center will be closed on September 28. Please follow our updates," the statement reads.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the fire at the Tsitsernakaberd substation of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC on Tsitsernakaberd Highway in Yerevan was completely extinguished at 9:10 PM. Two firefighters suffered smoke inhalation, one of whom was hospitalized. The fire alarm was received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Operational Control Center at 5:07 PM the day before. Rescue Service units, task forces, and police officers were dispatched to the scene. Eleven fire and rescue teams participated in the firefighting effort. The fire was contained at 8:10 PM and completely extinguished an hour later. A duty station has been established at the scene.

Meanwhile, according to ENA, a crime report has been filed regarding the fire at the Tsitsernakaberd substation. "The cause of the fire at the substation is being determined. An official statement will be released if further details are available," the company said.

The fire knocked out power to approximately 15,000 customers, primarily in central Yerevan. Power was restored using backup capacity. By nightfall, power was restored to all addresses lost due to the fire, with the exception of several apartment buildings.
