Idram`s "City of Good Deeds": From Teamwork to Real Charitable Projects

ArmInfo. “City of Good Deeds” was the theme of Idram’s annual team-building event this year, which stood out for its unique purpose.

            For nature, for children with health issues, children in orphanages, and the elderly, for equal opportunities and defenseless animals - these 6 directions are priorities for Idram. That is exactly why the goal of the team-building was to support projects across these directions.

            Hundreds of the company's employees were divided into teams. By completing various physical and mental tasks and solving numerous challenges, the teams earned points in the form of idcoins and then allocated them to boxes representing the six areas.

            At the end of the event, the company will convert all the idcoins collected by the teams into Armenian drams at a specific exchange rate and direct them toward implementing projects across the 6 directions.

            "It is extremely important for the entire team to feel part of the company's adopted policy and strategy. In our team, we have a long-standing tradition: several times a year, the entire team gets involved in social responsibility projects. This time, as well, we built our team-building around the six key CSR directions that are a priority for us," said Astghik Zilfimyan, Head of HR Division at Idram.

            So, the foundation for the "City of Good Deeds" has been laid: one team, one day, and hundreds of Idram employees whose efforts will soon bring projects across six different CSR directions to life.
