Approximately 21 hectares of land will be returned to the Nor Hachn community of Armenia’s Kotayk Province — RA Prosecutor’s Office

ArmInfo.   Approximately 21 hectares of land will be returned to the Nor Hachn community in Armenia’s Kotayk Province; the Prosecutor’s Office has signed settlement agreements.

According to a statement from the supervisory body’s press service, under settlement agreements signed between the Prosecutor’s Office and 4 individuals as part of the protection of state interests, 4 plots of land with a total area of 21.12 hectares and a market value of  341 million 686 thousand drams, located in the village of Mrgashen, will be returned to the Nor Hachn community of Kotayk Province.

By a court decision dated September 16, 2026, the settlement agreements signed by the parties were approved.
