Trump included the agreements between Yerevan and Baku among his most important achievements

ArmInfo.  US President Donald Trump included the agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan  among the 25 most important achievements  of his presidency.  He described this period as his "third term."  The White House chief wrote about this on his page on the Truth Social social network.

The Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement is mentioned in item 21 - among the conflicts that the US president considers resolved. In the same item, Trump also listed the settlement of the war in Gaza. Among his other achievements, he named strengthening the US border, the adoption of the Laken Riley Act, and reducing the number of murders in the country to, according to him, the lowest level in 125 years.

It should be recalled that on August 8, 2025, a historic summit between Armenia and Azerbaijan was held in Washington under the mediation of US President Donald Trump.  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a joint declaration renouncing military confrontation and establishing peace after decades of conflict.  The parties and the international community described this day as an important milestone and historic landmark on the path toward a long-term settlement in the region.
