



Arminfo. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin, as part of his annual working trip to Syunik Province, held a meeting with Governor Robert Ghukasyan and the heads of the region’s municipalities.
According to the press service of the Russian Embassy in Armenia, the meeting discussed prospects for establishing interregional cooperation and attracting Russian investment for the industrial and socioeconomic development of Syunik.
Russia’s Trade Representative Sergey Solomin, Russian Ministry of Economic Development representative Anastasia Ivanova, and Vigen Yenokyan, head of the office of the Russian Export Center JSC, who participated in the meeting, presented specific proposals in the areas of developing single-industry towns, financing mutually beneficial projects, digital technologies, and tourism.
An agreement was reached to work on joint initiatives of mutual interest.
