



ArmInfo. From September 18 to 20, the air temperature in Armenia will gradually decrease by 5-7 degrees. This is stated in a report by the Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Ministry of Environment.
According to the source, brief rains and thunderstorms are forecast during the daytime from September 17 to 18, as well as during the day and night on September 19-20. The wind will be westerly, with gusts of up to 2-5 m/s; during thunderstorms, wind gusts are expected to increase to 17-20 m/s. At the same time, from September 16 to 18, a high fire danger level is expected in the Ararat Valley and Yerevan, in Shirak, in the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk and Vayots- Dzor, as well as in the valleys of Syunik.
In Shirak Province, the air temperature on September 17 will range from +24 to +29 during the day, and in Kotayk Province - from +24 to +32. In Gegharkunik, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +23 to +27, while in Lori Province, daytime temperatures will fluctuate from +24 to +28. In Tavush Province, the daytime air temperature is forecast to range from +25 to +32. In Aragatsotn Province, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +23 to +33. In Ararat Province, the daytime air temperature will range from +32 to +35. In Armavir, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +32 to +34. In Vayots Dzor Province, the daytime temperature will range from +23 to +34, and in Syunik Province - from +22 to +35.
In Yerevan, no precipitation is expected on September 17 and 21. Brief rains and thunderstorms are forecast on the evening of September 18, with wind gusts increasing to 16-19 m/s. The air temperature in the capital on September 17 will be +32-+34 during the day, +25-+27 in the evening, and +17-+19 on the night of September 17-18.
