



ArmInfo. The Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund approved new strategic development directions for the Fund.
In particular, the Fund's Executive Director, Aramayis Avetisyan, presented the Board of Trustees with a three-year development strategy, a roadmap for its implementation, and key program priorities.
The presented strategy is built around four interconnected areas: strategic development, organizational development, developing an ecosystem of cooperation between Armenia and the Diaspora, and improving the efficiency of financial and operational management.
Furthermore, the participants discussed the draft budget for the Fund's activities for 2027-2029.
By the decisions adopted by the Board of Trustees, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund "is beginning a new phase of institutional development, focusing on strengthening organizational capacity, clear lines of responsibility, transparent management, and implementing programs that ensure sustainable impact," the Fund's press service said in a statement.
