ArmInfo. Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov plan to meet in New York this month. Mirzoyan himself told the Armenian service of "Radio Liberty" about this.
"We plan to meet in New York on the sidelines of the session of the UN General Assembly; there is no final agreement yet, everything depends on the schedule," Mirzoyan said, without going into details about the agenda of the meeting.
The 81st session of the UN General Assembly opened in New York on September 8.
The last meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries took place in Bishkek in early September on the sidelines of the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. After the meeting, Bayramov said that he and Mirzoyan had exchanged views on a number of issues and that they would meet again in the near future.
