Arminfo. Having buried Azerbaijan’s crimes, the U.S. State Department is now dancing on Armenian graves in Artsakh. This was written on Facebook by Aram Hambaryan, executive director of the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).

"Celebrating ethnic cleansing: Amy Carlon, , our chief American diplomat in Azerbaijan, is dancing in ethnically cleansed Artsakh. (Shushi | September 11, 2026) Our U.S. State Department is proudly celebrating the genocide of indigenous Armenian Christians committed by Azerbaijan—in the third anniversary year of this crime," Hambaryan wrote on his Facebook page, posting a corresponding video of dancing on the bones in occupied Artsakh.

He added that visiting ethnically cleansed Artsakh normalizes the genocide committed by Azerbaijan.

"An American diplomat dancing there is a mockery of the 150,000 Armenian victims. It is glorification of Azerbaijani violence. It is the sanctification of Aliyev’s crime. Having buried Azerbaijan’s crimes, our State Department is now dancing on Armenian graves," he added.

It should be noted that at the end of last week it became known that representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Baku visited occupied Artsakh. They visited Shushi and Stepanakert, where the Azerbaijani occupation regime is erasing all Armenian presence with the silent encouragement of the so-called civilized international community. They then visited the Armenian monasteries of Dadivank and Gandzasar and listened with admiration to the tales told by Azerbaijani presidential aide Himke Dajiev about how these were supposedly Albanian sanctuaries.  Among the participants was also the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Magdalena Grono, who also witnessed the show put on by Azerbaijani presidential aide Himket Gadzhiev. The latter, in particular, attempted to accuse Armenia of falsifying history, choosing as his instrument replicas of ancient manuscripts that were displayed in the museum of occupied Gandzasar.
