Sharp warming expected in Armenia

ArmInfo.  It will get significantly warmer in Armenia.

According to a report by the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, from September 11 to 15, air temperatures across the country will gradually rise by 6-8 degrees. As a result, the level of fire danger will increase significantly. In particular, a high level of fire danger will persist from September 11 to 15 in the Ararat Valley and Yerevan, in Shirak Province, in the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk and Vayots Dzor provinces, as well as  in the valleys of Syunik.

No precipitation is expected in the republic from September 11 to 15. The wind will be westerly, with gusts of up to 2-5 m/s. On September 11, daytime temperatures in Shirak Province will range from +21 to +26, and in Kotayk Province - from +21 to +27. In Gegharkunik, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +18 to +22, while in Lori Province daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +20 and +24. In Tavush Province, daytime temperatures are forecast to range from +21 to +29.  In Aragatsotn Province, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +21 to +29. In Ararat Province, daytime temperatures will range from +27 to +31. In Armavir, daytime temperatures are expected to range from +28 to +31. In Vayots Dzor Province, daytime temperatures will range from +22 to +31, and in Syunik Province - from +16 to +30.

No precipitation is expected in Yerevan from September 11 to 15 as well.  In the capital, the daytime temperature on September 11 will be +28 -+30, in the evening - +21 - +23, and during the night of September 11-12 - +13 - +15.
