Candidates for the positions of deputy chairmen of the committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia have been presented in the Armenian Parliament

ArmInfo. Candidates for the positions of deputy chairpersons of the National Assembly committees have been nominated in the Armenian Parliament.

The statement by the Speaker of the National Assembly, which was distributed by the parliament's press service, specifically notes that in accordance with Article 8, Part 1, Clause 5 and Article 138, Parts 1 and 2 of the Constitutional Law "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", the ruling Civil Contract faction in Armenia has nominated Vahe Ghalumyan as a candidate for the position of deputy chairperson of the Territorial Administration and Environmental Protection Committee, Mariam Poghosyan - for the Labor and Welfare Committee, and Alkhas Ghazaryan - for the position of deputy chairperson of the Committee on Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Sports, and Diaspora, Maria Karapetyan - Committee on Foreign Relations, Tsovinar Vardanyan - Committee on Financial, Credit, and Budgetary Issues, Sona Ghazaryan - Committee on European Integration, and Zaruhi Batoyan - Committee on Healthcare.

In accordance with Article 8, Part 1, Clause 5, and Article 138, Parts 1 and 2 of the Constitutional Law "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly," the opposition faction "Strong Armenia" nominated Mamikon Aslanyan as a candidate for the post of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration, Vaghinak Vardanov - Committee on Defense and Security, and Vruyr Ayvazyan - Committee on on economic issues and Marianna Kagramanyan - Commission on Human Rights and Public Issues.
