Peskov: Yerevan`s integration vector will be discussed during Pashinyan`s visit to Moscow

ArmInfo. During Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's upcoming visit to Moscow, the main topic of bilateral relations related to Yerevan's further integration vector will be discussed. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential press secretary, during a briefing on September 7.

"During the meeting with Pashinyan, which took place in Bishkek—a very important meeting, it was very substantive—several specific points related to bilateral trade and economic cooperation were identified. "And the relevant agencies will be working on these issues," Peskov said.

According to him, the main thing is that an agreement was reached that Pashinyan will visit Moscow in the near future, where the two heads of state will have the opportunity to once again discuss the main topic of bilateral relations from all angles.

"This is the choice of development direction, Armenia's orientation, and the topic of holding a corresponding referendum. This was briefly discussed during the conversation you mentioned. But, in order to discuss everything comprehensively, Putin invited Pashinyan to Moscow, and Pashinyan accepted the invitation and said he would arrive soon. The exact dates of this visit will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels, taking into account the work schedules of the heads of state," Peskov noted.
