ArmInfo. The Armenian Prosecutor's Office is demanding the confiscation of 20 real estate and movable property worth approximately 230 million drams belonging to former Yerevan Vice Mayor Karen Davtyan.

According to a report from the supervisory authority, the Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for consideration another lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office for the confiscation of illegally acquired property. Specifically, the Prosecutor's Office is demanding the confiscation of 14 real estate properties, nine of which are located in central Yerevan, and one right to purchase one property located in the capital's... In the Kentron administrative district, eight vehicles, ten shares in legal entities, and 105,171,000 drams (approximately 1.5 million U.S. dollars) as the remaining illegally obtained funds.

The supervisory authority also notes the presence of 124 million drams (approximately 1.5 million U.S. dollars) in unconfirmed legal income, which were transferred to a bona fide purchaser or are not subject to identification and confiscation.
