


ArmInfo.On September 5, the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia will perform a major concert program in Dilijan.
This will be the first joint event under the memorandum signed on August 27 between the Green Rock Foundation, Green Rock company, and the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia.
The "Symphonic Dilijan" concert program includes famous works of world and Armenian classical music, including compositions by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Aram Khachaturian, Arno Babajanyan, Dmitri Shostakovich, Johann Strauss II, and Tigran Mansuryan.
The second part of the program will feature symphonic arrangements of world-famous hits, such as Michael Jackson's "Black or White", System of a Down's "Aerials", Queen's "The Show Must Go On" and "We Are the Champions", as well as Charles Aznavour's "Les plaisirs démodés" and "Emmenez-moi".
The concert will take place on September 5 at 19:00 in the area adjacent to Villa 3 Community Hub in Dilijan (3/2 Maksim Gorky Street).
Notably, Green Rock plans to build Dilijan's new and modern concert hall on this exact site.
The concert is organized by the Green Rock Foundation to enrich the cultural life of Dilijan and make the city more attractive as a tourist destination.
Admission to the open-air concert is free for everyone.
