


ArmInfo. By decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, David Ivanyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
David Ivanyan was born on March 10, 1994, in Moscow.
From 2013 to 2016, he studied at the University of Sussex in the UK, receiving a BA in Business and Management. with advanced French language studies.
From 2016 to 2017, he studied at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK, where he earned a Master's degree in International Business.
From 2017 to 2019, he worked at FM Logistic as a Business Development Specialist in Moscow.
From 2019 to 2020, he worked at DSV Panalpina as a Business Development Manager in Moscow.
In 2020, he worked at DPD as a Business Development Manager in Moscow.
In 2020, he repatriated to Armenia as part of the first cohort of the "For Action" program. Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2020-2021, he was an expert at the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and a participant in the "For Business" program.
In 2021-2022, he held the position of Product Manager for the Commercial Division of HayPost CJSC.
In 2022-2026, he headed the Yandex Delivery service in Armenia, and since 2025, also in Georgia.
Speaks Armenian, Russian, English, and French. Married.
