


ArmInfo. Representatives of Armenia and the United States paid a joint visit to Syunik, where work continues to implement the vision of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) program.
A delegation consisting of representatives of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, U.S. Chargé d'Affaires in Armenia David Allen, and Senior Advisor for Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State John Askonas will meet with local government representatives and residents of Syunik communities.
The parties will discuss the potential of the TRIPP project in the context of its potential to strengthen regional connectivity and open up new opportunities. Representatives will also visit the planned TRIPP route in the Meghri region.
"The visit reflects the expanding partnership between Armenia and the United States and our shared commitment to ensuring peace, prosperity, and connectivity in the South Caucasus," the TRIPP program said in a statement posted on its official Facebook page.
