Violations of sanitary and safety regulations: The French Embassy presented the reasons for the poisoning of guests at a reception on the occasion of Bastille Day

ArmInfo. Violations of sanitary and safety regulations at one of its partners, as well as at several of its suppliers, resulted in food poisoning among several guests at a reception at the French Embassy to mark Bastille Day on July 14, the French Embassy in Armenia reported.

The French Embassy will no longer use their services in the future and thanks the Armenian health authorities for their investigation. We once again offer our sincere apologies to those affected, the source stated.

As a reminder, the diplomatic mission previously reported that guests attending a reception at the French Embassy to mark National Day on July 14, 2026, reported symptoms of food poisoning. In this regard, the Embassy apologized and expressed its readiness to provide assistance to the affected individuals.
