


ArmInfo. The seismological network of the territorial seismic protection service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia registered an earthquake that occurred on August 31 at 12:19 local time, 4 kilometers northwest of the city of Dmanisi, Georgia.
According to the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, the earthquake, with a magnitude of 2.5, was registered at coordinates 41.36ш north latitude and 44.19ш east longitude, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers. The intensity of the tremors at the epicenter was magnitude 3.
The earthquake was also felt in Armenia. In particular, in the village of Bavra in the Shirak region and in the village of Metsavan in the Lori region, the strength of underground points was 2-3 points.
