Russia has never mastered coup technology - RF FM

ArmInfo.  Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov admitted that Moscow hasn't mastered the technology of coups.

In an interview with RBC, in response to the host's remark that he  heard the opinion in May that, in relation to Armenia, Russia doesn't  know how to use soft power, it doesn't work. Lavrov noted that since  soft power has clearly degenerated into direct methods of  interference in internal affairs, perhaps it does.

"But we have, of course, experience in sabotage operations, dating  back to pre-war times, during the war.  Our intelligence officers  worked in a wide variety of countries, heroically defending their  interests. But that's primarily information gathering, you  understand. But how about staging a coup? We haven't learned how,"  Russia's top diplomat concluded.
